With this awareness, private and general personal data belonging to our visitors in all kinds of media are subject to the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, secondary regulations (regulations, communiqués, circulars) and binding decisions taken and to be taken by the Personal Data Protection Board. We attach great importance to its proper processing, storage and deletion. As Hiranur Association, we have prepared this clarification text in order to inform you about the personal data we process within the scope of our activities for our purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the relevant legislation. With the awareness of our responsibility, we process your personal data as "Data Controller" as defined in the Law, as explained below and within the limits ordered by the legislation.

Your personal data, within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes, in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, to real and legal persons allowed in the legislation, other authorized public institutions and organizations, judicial and administrative courts, law enforcement agencies, with whom we have business relations. The above-mentioned private and general personal data are processed pursuant to subparagraphs 2/a-c-ç-e-f of Article 5 of the Law and paragraph 3 of Article 6, provided that they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms and based on the legitimate interests of Hiranur Association. .
Except for the data types listed above, your general and private personal data of the volunteers will be collected and processed with your explicit consent within the scope of Articles 5/1 and 6/2 of the Law. In this sense, the express consent text signed by you will be an integral part of the lighting text.
5. RIGHTS OF DATA OWNERS UNDER LAW
By applying to Hiranur Association at any time as stated on our website, your personal data;
You can learn whether it is processed, the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, and if it has been processed, it may request information on this subject,
In accordance with the Law, you can learn the third parties to whom your information is shared in the country and abroad,
If you think your information is incomplete or incorrectly processed, you may request it to be corrected,
You may request the deletion or destruction of your information within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
You can request the third parties to whom your information is transferred to be notified of your requests specified in subparagraphs (c) and (d) and to perform the same actions.
If your application for these purposes requires an additional cost, you will have to pay the fee determined by the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller issued by the Personal Data Protection Board. In case of a written response to your application, no fee will be charged for the first 10 (ten) pages, and a processing fee of 1 TL will be charged for each page above 10 (ten) pages. If the answer to your application is given in a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, the cost of the recording medium will be charged to you.
Your requests in your application will be finalized as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
In order to take advantage of your rights under the law, you can submit your applications in writing, in Turkish, to the Hiranur Association, and visit the website of the Personal Data Protection Authority for detailed information.
In the application containing your explanations regarding the right you have as the personal data owner and you will make and request to use the above-mentioned rights; You will need to submit your special power of attorney certified by a notary public, if the issue you request is clear and understandable, the issue you request is about yourself or if you are acting on behalf of someone else.
In your applications, name-surname, signature, T.C. ID number, residence or workplace address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number, the elements of the request are mandatory in accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller". Applications that do not contain the aforementioned elements will be rejected by the Hiranur Association.
Hiranur Association always reserves the right to make changes in this clarification text for reasons arising from the Law, secondary regulations and Board decisions.
